Simple Words

January 17, 2019

So much goes into helping people journey their way out of debt. There are so many emotions that need to be navigated through and so many unexpected turns in the road. When you ask CAP to help you become free of debt, you also ask them to be there for you through the unexpected moments as a support and friend.

One of our clients recently informed Tracey, our head debt manager, that in a few months her husband would be losing his job. Naturally, this caused feelings of fear and anxiety. After praying about what to say, she responded to the text in a way that was personal and encouraging. The client texted thanking her and telling her how meaningful it was.

Tracey expressed how much she loves the opportunity to be there for her clients during such worrying times. By knowing them and caring for them she is able to send love and support when they need it most.

Financial struggle can strike at any time so knowing that someone is on your side cheering for you makes a huge difference.
